✓ Entrance to Ostia Antica: €18 per person. I reserve your entry in advance; you simply pay for your ticket at the ticket office upon arrival.

No. No previous experience is required. The exercises and regression are suitable for both beginners and those who have experienced regression before.

No. The experience includes an easy walk through the historic centre of Rome. A normal level of fitness is sufficient.

Light rain is usually not a problem. If the weather makes the experience impossible, we will arrange a new date together.

I’ll reserve your entrance ticket in advance. When you arrive, you’ll purchase your own ticket at the ticket office. The entrance fee is not included in the price of the experience.
