Being in hypnosis, a deeply relaxing and pleasant state, feels much like daydreaming, yet it unlocks powerful transformational potential.
By introducing inner work at that moment, we can reach and release the root of the issue – quickly and painlessly. Once it’s resolved and liberated, the problem doesn’t return.

- You can think clearly, hear everything, and always feel able to take control.
- You are always in control and can choose to come out of the trance state at any time.
- There’s no such thing as a “bad” hypnosis subject – everyone can experience hypnosis.
