
A simple and conscious preparation helps create a safe and supportive space for your inner journey. In this way, you can experience your session with greater calm and presence.
What you need for your online session
To create a safe, stable and relaxing space, I invite you to prepare the following:
Equipment
- A laptop or portable device with a camera, placed in a stable position facing your bed or sofa.
- Device connected to a power source.
- Stable internet connection.
- Zoom application installed.
- Wired headphones with microphone (see image).
- Adjustable microphone positioned in front of your mouth.
Space
- A quiet and private environment
- Your device placed in a stable position
- Your face clearly visible throughout the session
Please avoid wireless or gaming headphones: the sound can become unstable when you move your head.
Before the appointment, do a quick check of your audio and microphone.
A good preparation for your online hypnosis session helps you open more easily and receive more fully.

How the session unfolds
Zoom meeting
We meet on Zoom at the agreed time (it is best to connect about 5 minutes in advance).
Questionnaire
Please complete the questionnaire at least 3 days before the session.
Initial conversation
We begin with a brief introductory conversation.
Hypnosis session
The hypnosis session then begins.
Your online hypnosis session takes place in a protected and calm space, comfortably from your own home.
If you would like to become familiar with my way of working, you are welcome to join a free group hypnosis session online.
Important note
- Please put your phone in airplane mode.
- No other person should be present in the room or online.
- Do not record the session yourself.
- You will receive the video recording from me after the session.
- In case of connection issues, you can easily reconnect.
Your questions and themes
Your questions will guide the session.
The session is focused on you, your present life and your personal past.
I therefore invite you to choose themes that relate to your life and your inner journey.
Your inner attitude
Your intention is the foundation of the session.
From the moment you choose this experience, your deeper consciousness already begins to prepare.
Allow everything to unfold naturally, without expectations.
For this reason, taking time to prepare before the session is important.
Before the session
Caffeine and nutrition
Reduce caffeine intake in the 2–3 days before the session.
If you are used to drinking coffee daily, you may limit yourself to one cup on the day of the session to avoid withdrawal headaches.
Light, natural meals with vegetables and fruit are recommended, as they support relaxation of body and mind.
Alcohol and drughs
Please avoid alcohol or recreational drugs the evening before and on the day of the session.
Also avoid relaxing substances that are not prescribed, as they may reduce clarity and effectiveness.
Prescribed medication can be continued as usual.
Rest
A good night’s sleep before the session is very important.
Hypnosis is not sleep: it requires alertness and presence.
When the mind is overly tired, it can be harder to enter a receptive state.
During the session
The hypnosis itself lasts approximately 2 hours.
Including the conversation before and after, please allow around 4 hours in total.
If you need to, you are welcome to briefly stand up to go to the bathroom or have a drink of water.
It is not a problem to move in and out of the hypnotic state; this does not disturb the process.

Recording
The session will be recorded by me and sent to you afterwards.
You may keep and listen to it privately, but it may not be shared or published online.

After the session
After the session, you may feel deeply relaxed and at the same time clear and present.
Some people feel a sense of energy in the body, while others may need rest or quiet time.
Every experience is natural and exactly right for you.
Drink plenty of water and allow yourself some quiet space to integrate the experience.
Listening to the recording can support further insights and inner healing processes.
Finally, remember that every experience is unique and unfolds at your own natural pace.
