Quantum hypnosis practitioner – online & in Rome
My spiritual awakening began in 2009, when a friend lent me a book by Hernán Huarache. An entirely new world opened up for me. At last, I found words and images for something I had long felt within: a deep longing to be free from suffering and to live more consciously.
I, too, felt a strong desire to connect with the spiritual dimension. On a quiet afternoon in 2010, while meditating on an old tree trunk beside a gently flowing stream just outside Rome, surrounded by unspoiled nature, my inner transformation began to unfold more clearly. That moment marked a profound turning point.
Today, I work as a quantum hypnosis practitioner online and in Rome, guiding people in gentle inner exploration, healing, and self-discovery.
From the Netherlands to Rome
Born in Heeze, in the Netherlands, I lived for my studies in Eindhoven, where I completed a degree in Nursing, and later in Tilburg and Rotterdam, where I graduated in Social and Cultural Sciences. In 1998, I moved to Rome – a city I feel deeply connected to – where I had previously lived for study and research.
From tour guide to quantum hypnosis practitioner
Since 2009, I have guided tourists through the monuments and artworks of ancient Rome with great joy. My work as a guide has taught me not only to observe, but to truly feel what places, symbols, and stories convey.
When a profound personal crisis shook the foundations of my life, it was followed by a long and intense period of transformation. During this time, I discovered the healing power of love and forgiveness. Gradually, my mission became clear: I understood how being guided through darkness had shaped me into someone who can deeply sense the suffering of others and support their healing with gentleness, self-love, and compassion.
Although I continue to cherish my work as a guide, I had long felt the desire to share more than historical facts or artistic details alone. I am inspired by revealing the original, sacred meaning behind symbols, architecture, and monuments – gently inviting people to reflect on life’s deeper questions.
Since 2016, I have been offering spiritual tours in Rome.
My work today as a quantum hypnosis practitioner
My longing for spiritual growth naturally intertwined with the studies and trainings I pursued.
In 2014, I discovered the work of Dolores Cannon and realized that hypnosis was a natural next step following my experience with Reiki and crystal healing. Hypnosis provides direct access to the subconscious and enables profound inner transformation. I completed her training in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and became a certified practitioner.
In 2016, during meditation, I received what I experience as the gift of a Healing Voice – deep, vibrating frequencies that support spiritual healing.
My further training includes the Spiritual Journey of Forgiveness method by Alba Weinman, Introspective Hypnosis (Aurelio Mejía, via Antonio Sangio), Past Life Therapy (Dr. José Luis Cabouli, via Antonio Sangio), Neo-Ericksonian Hypnosis (Mike Mandel), entity release work (Soul Center Healing Hypnosis – Laura Whitworth), and shamanic hypnosis with a focus on fragment integration (Lorna Wilson).
During hypnosis sessions, clients gently access suppressed emotions held deep within the subconscious. From a state of awareness and inner safety, they connect with a higher consciousness. This process can bring insight, emotional release, and a natural letting go of patterns or energies that no longer serve their lives.
My quantum hypnosis guidance is rooted in safety, presence, and respect for each person’s inner rhythm. I guide each session with care and attentiveness, creating a supportive space in which deeper layers of the subconscious can open, allowing insight, healing, and transformation to unfold in their own time.
As a quantum hypnosis practitioner I’m offering individual sessions online and in Rome to clients from all over the world.
I was honored to be part of the hypnotherapy team for the United Nations-awarded project “Hypnotherapy to Alleviate Mental Health Issues and Depression in Youths, Nigeria” (2020–2021).
