Hypnosis is a way to access the subconscious – your inner source – while remaining fully awake and aware.
It is a deep state of relaxation, often experienced as similar to daydreaming. In this state, a natural healing capacity can unfold, allowing inner work to take place in a gentle and safe way.
It is here that we can reach the core of recurring emotions, blocks, or patterns. When the original cause is recognised and released, the problem itself can also resolve – often without struggle or pain. Once the cause has been processed, the issue no longer needs to return.
What hypnose is – and what it is not
Hypnosis is a natural state of the mind. It is not sleep and not unconsciousness.
You probably already know this state: those dreamy moments just before falling asleep, or just after waking up. It feels calm, safe, and pleasant.
- You remain fully conscious
- You always stay in control
- You can think clearly and hear everything
- You can stop or come out of the trance at any moment
- Hypnosis never goes against your values or beliefs
All hypnosis is, in essence, self-hypnosis. My role is to guide and support you, not to direct or control you.
My sessions are a combination of different techniques, carefully attuned to your pace and capacity.
My approach is inspired by and based on the work of, among others, Dolores Cannon, Alba Weinman, and Antonio Sangio.
Would you like to experience what hypnosis feels like for yourself?
You are warmly welcome to join my free group sessions or an individual session.
