Individual Regression Session
An individual online regression hypnosis session is fully attuned to your process, your pace, and your specific theme.
Through a state of deep, conscious relaxation, we work to bring to light the origin of blocks, recurring patterns, or inner tensions.
I guide you with presence and care, within a safe space that allows you to explore with trust whatever emerges.
You remain aware and in control throughout the entire session.
We work deeply, yet gently – allowing real and lasting change to become possible.
Who is an individual regression session for?
An individual regression session is for you if you notice that you keep getting stuck in recurring relationship patterns or find yourself repeating the same dynamics.
If you experience the same emotions over and over – such as fear, guilt, insecurity, or the need for control – without fully understanding where they come from.
If you sense that the origin of your blocks lies deeper than what talking alone can reach.
Or if recurring patterns are holding you back in work, love, or personal growth.
In an individual regression session, we explore together where this began, creating space for real and lasting change.
Investment
The first session is €119.
Each following session is €79.
A session lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours and includes an opening conversation and a gentle integration talk at the end.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be settled before the session begins.
Kindly Note
• You must be in a state of clear mental awareness. Hypnosis is not effective if you are heavily medicated.
• You should speak English, Italian, or Dutch well enough for us to communicate clearly.
• Each person must schedule their own session using their own name and email address. The person booking must also be the one attending.
• Bookings made on behalf of someone else are not accepted.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, it can be cancelled or rescheduled (see the cancellation policy below). Please note that it is not possible to send someone else in your place.
• Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from me.
• Please do not make any payment until your session has been confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session will be refunded in full, with a €10 administration fee deducted, or may be rescheduled free of charge.
• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we will continue the session within the remaining time, so it will be shorter than planned.
• By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
