What you need

- Laptop or another portable device with a camera, positioned so it faces the bed or couch where you will be lying down. Don’t forget to keep the device plugged into the charger.
- A stable internet connection.
- Place the device in a way that it won’t move or shift when you change position or get up for a bathroom break. I need to be able to see your face throughout the entire session.
- Zoom application installed on your device.
- Headphones with a microphone and a wired connection (see image). The microphone should be adjustable so it can be placed in front of your mouth. No gaming headsets and no earbuds, as I won’t be able to hear you clearly if you turn your head.
- Test your equipment before our appointment: audio settings, speaker in the headphones, and the microphone.
Location
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed – by anyone, including your pets.
Procedure
- Complete the online Client Questionnaire at least 3 days before your session.
- We will meet on Zoom at the agreed time. I recommend joining a little earlier.
- After the interview, the hypnosis session will begin.
Attention
- Set your mobile phone to airplane mode.
- Throughout the entire session, no one else may be present except you – neither in the room nor connected online.
- Recording your session yourself is not permitted.
- I will send you the recording of your session (video) afterwards.
- If the online connection drops during the session, you can easily reconnect yourself.
Your Questions & Issues
- Your questions and issues will serve as the guide for your hypnosis session.
- Let’s focus on your present and past, not on future events.
- This is a deep and spiritual session, fully personalized for you.
- Therefore, make sure your questions or topics are about yourself and your life – not about other people, world situations, the environment, or politics.
Your Intention for a Great Session
Your intention is the key to a powerful session.
From the moment you decide to have a hypnosis session, your deeper consciousness – together with your spiritual guides – begins to prepare you. The right energies, insights, and messages will naturally start to flow toward you.
Cafeïne and diet
Limit your caffeine intake 2 to 3 days before your session.
If you are used to having two cups of coffee in the morning, have just one on the day of your session – enough to avoid a withdrawal headache.
It is important that you can fully relax and be in a calm state during the session.
A light and clean diet with fresh vegetables and fruit is highly recommended.
No Recreational Drugs or Alcohol
Do not use alcohol or recreational drugs on the evening before and/or the day of your session. The session cannot take place if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that affect your consciousness.
Also avoid using calming or relaxing substances unless they are medically prescribed. Such substances can significantly reduce the success of the session, as you need to be clear, alert, and focused.
Of course, you may take your prescribed medication as usual.
Relaxation Exercise Before the Session
This is a simple exercise you can do on the day of your session to help you enter a wonderful state of relaxation.
Close your eyes and first bring your attention to your breathing. Then slowly shift your focus to the areas in your body where you feel tension. Breathe consciously into those areas, and feel the tension gradually lessen or even dissolve.
Keep your attention on those areas for as long as needed, then move on to other parts of your body until your entire system relaxes deeply and effortlessly.
Other good ways to relax include meditating, taking a peaceful walk in nature, petting your pet, or listening to calming music.
A Good Night’s Sleep
For a successful session, it is important that you are alert and able to focus and follow my instructions.
Hypnosis is not sleep. If your mind is too tired or exhausted to concentrate, it will be difficult to guide an effective session.
Therefore, make sure you get a good night’s sleep the night before your session, so you are clear, present, and receptive.
Eat and Drink Something Beforehand
Your session can last up to four hours, so make sure to eat something light beforehand. And very importantly: drink plenty of water! Water is a powerful conductor of energy – and that is exactly what we will be doing during the session: allowing energy to flow, shift, and transform.
Don’t worry if you need to take a bathroom break during the session. It will not have a negative effect on the process. On the contrary, each time you go in and out of hypnosis, you actually move deeper into the experience.
No Expectations
Every hypnosis session is completely unique, and you will experience exactly what you need in that moment. Therefore, let go of any expectations about how you should feel in that wonderful state of relaxation, or about how your session should unfold.
Hypnosis is not sleep; you remain clearly awake and aware. You are never unconscious. This is why it doesn’t feel like waking up from a dream when you come out of that relaxed state. It is more like daydreaming, and most people know exactly what they are saying and remember almost everything afterwards.
Many people think they are just making it all up, and that is perfectly normal. Simply enjoy the experience and trust that the Universe will take care of the details.
Video Recording
Your hypnosis session will be recorded by me and sent to you afterwards. You may share the recording with family and friends to listen to or watch together, but it is not permitted to post it on the internet.
I retain all rights to the recording.
Sessions on YouTube
I do not publish most of my sessions online, as they are very personal and involve therapy. They can be deeply emotional and liberating, which is why I prefer not to make these experiences public.
If your session contains information that could also be beneficial to others, I will ask at the end of the session whether you would like to share it on YouTube. Of course, I will first remove all personal details from the recording, as well as the hypnosis techniques used.
After your Session
After the session, you will feel deeply relaxed and at the same time fully alert – a true bliss.
Some people experience a tingling or vibrant energy throughout their body, others feel a strong need for physical cleansing or for a long nap. Still others feel as if they were never in hypnosis at all and think they made everything up. All of this is completely normal and does not affect the success of the session.
It is important that you drink plenty of water after the session and, if needed, ground yourself – for example, by eating something, taking a walk in nature, or walking barefoot on the grass.
Listen to the recording of your session as often as you can – but of course, never while driving!
The more often you listen, the more the healing can manifest. Because the vibration and energy of your session are also captured in the recording, each time you listen you receive new insights and enhanced self-healing.
Your connection to your higher wisdom remains open, so pay close attention to synchronicities, your thoughts, your dreams, and your intuition.
Sometimes it can take a while to process everything that was activated during the session, especially if many meaningful things came up.
